Hand crafted pork pie hat

Pork Pie hat in a deep burgundy red felt. Thick wool felt hand blocked and shaped by me. Sugar skull cotton cloth and linen and grosgrain ribbon hat band. Cotton wrapped linen ribbon inner sweatband with a blue paisley cotton liner. The crown height is about 4 1/8" and the brim is 1 7/8".

Size is 7.

My hats are all one of a kind. I make them all myself one at a time. The hat you see in the pictures is the exact hat you will receive.

All my hats are made from either wool, rabbit or beaver felts. I use all cotton and linen for the thread, ribbon and brim bindings. I use reeded leather sweatbands or make my own cotton and linen bands for a very comfortable and durable fit.
